Business Tax Deadline – March 15

S-Corporations and Partnership LLCs must file by March 15.

Extension Reminder

Filing an extension does NOT extend the time to pay. Taxes owed are still due April 15.

California Business Notice

California registered LLCs, S-Corps, and C-Corps must pay the $800 annual fee by March 15, 2026.
